neale joined his hometown club tottenham hotspur at the age of 12 and progressed all the way to the first team, making his debut in the fa cup 3rd round vs manchester united in old trafford in 1997
Neale went on to make 10 first team appearances for tottenham in the premier league and alos playing in the championship for norwich city & swindon, league one with peterborough & league two with leyton orient
Neale also played for ireland at under age level, scoring in the under 20 world cup in malaysia where ireland won their only world cup medal, finishing 3rd behind brazil & argentina
after moving to ireland, neale played for Bohemians, shamrock rovers, dundalk, cork city & waterford, winning 4 league titles and 1 fai cup
since moving into coaching neale has held roles as assistant manager with leyton orient & drogheda united and manager of cork city & longord town
Neale is a uefa pro licence holder
